Since 2016, Battery Alexander Realty Capital has invested in and provided financing for commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Current and past projects include multi-family, industrial, industrial-outdoor-storage, self-storage, retail, medical, and land.
Battery Alexander's team has purchased, developed, financed, and operated over $1 billion in commercial real estate. Executive Team
Jake Kraft - Managing Partner
Jake is a Managing Partner of Battery Alexander Realty Capital, Inc. Jake co-leads new transaction strategy and execution as well as management operations at the company.
Jake has a JD/MBA from Stanford University, an MSc from Oxford University, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as a Co-Chair of the ULI San Francisco Programs Committee, a member of a ULI Product Council and is a licensed California real estate broker.
Rob Banovac - Partner
Rob is a Partner at Battery Alexander Realty Capital, Inc. (BARC) and as Director of Originations oversees business development and the sourcing of new loan opportunities.
Rob graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a licensed California real estate broker, a licensed general building contractor, and has certificates in construction estimating and practices from San Diego State University.
Amulya Yelamanchili - Asset Manager
Amulya is an Asset Manager at Battery Alexander and is responsible for asset management, construction servicing, marketing, and business development. Amulya works closely with borrowers and partners to support construction and loan administration.
Amulya has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Martin Kemeny - Managing Partner
Martin is a Managing Partner of Battery Alexander Realty Capital, Inc. In his role, Martin co-leads the company’s investment, business development and underwriting activities.
Martin holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Vasant Makineni - Partner
Vasant is a Partner at Battery Alexander. He is responsible for establishing equity capital relationships, development operations, as well as new project origination.
Vasant has bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Masters of Science in Information technology from University of Texas at Arlington.
